It sits close to the M-2 Motorway, the Rawalpindi Ring Road, and Islamabad International Airport, which puts it in a fairly convenient spot for people who need to move between the twin cities or travel often.
The project brings together residential plots, commercial areas, and space set aside for schools, healthcare, and recreation, all under one master plan rather than being built up piece by piece over time. That kind of planning is handled by Surbana Jurong, an internationally known planning firm, with Habib Rafiq Pvt Ltd carrying out the actual development work on the ground.
